We got a little lost at first, but only ended up a short distance from where we needed to be. Our two nights here were so worth it. The room was spacious and had great facilities, including AC, an ensuite bathroom, and a TV with YouTube. If you’re taking a test at UNY, it’s close enough to walk over, which saves on Gojek. The landlady was very kind too. Thanks, ma’am 😗

The management is hard to reach, and there was no way to contact them when I tried to check in. I wouldn’t book a RedDoorz here. I posted this review back in September, but somehow it disappeared.

The hotel was unclean, and even though I’d booked through the app days ahead and paid in full, I was told on arrival that there were no rooms. We checked the app right there that same day, and rooms were still listed as available to book. They offered to move us to Batikan. If we didn’t want the transfer, we were told to request a refund through the app, but the money wouldn’t come back that day. For a same-day refund, they said we’d only get 60% back. We needed a place to stay because we had something to do, not just a trip planned, so this wasted our time and energy. The receptionist was very unfriendly, just saying “belibet” and not giving useful information. If the rooms are full, update the app so this doesn’t cause problems for more people.

Don’t book a stay here. We’d come a long way and paid in full, only to arrive and find there were no rooms. It was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
