Student Garden

A comfortable place with complete facilities.

I've been here since february 2014.

The boarding house is affordable and well located, but cleanliness and security are concerns, and the female guard's attitude is a problem. She's rude, especially to female residents, and doesn't accept criticism or suggestions. I was blocked right after offering advice, haha. CCTV seems pointless when belongings keep going missing and residents are told to guard their things individually. Yes, we do need to watch our own belongings, but the people responsible should also be pursued instead of being allowed to get away with it. If nothing is done and the victims are the ones scolded, people will keep stealing. I suggested checking CCTV whenever something goes missing to identify whoever took it and take action, but the guard just got angry. It's stressful. My things were also thrown in the trash without warning or a message in the group, even though they were still in good condition. That makes residents less comfortable here. The residents paying rent are also where the staff's salaries come from. Please listen to feedback instead of complaining and turning a deaf ear. We're the ones living with the consequences. #changeguard

The rooftop washer is awkward to use because the outlet is too far away. And the rest of the place needs work: sand covers the first floor, the kitchen is filthy, cat litter and rubbish are scattered around, and the other residents are annoying. For this price, it just isn't worth it. Owner, please improve the boarding house.
