My rental of Unit 2819 lasted only four months, but the post-move-out inspection dragged on for more than a month, and I still haven’t received my security deposit. The landlord also owns Unit 3819. Communication via the salesperson, Corry, was consistently slow and ineffective. She often just passed messages along instead of sorting anything out. The landlord’s expectations also seemed unreasonable: furniture described as “new” was expected back in brand-new condition after normal family use. Even worse, they implied there had been “not normal usage” without showing any evidence. That felt inappropriate and deeply unprofessional. It was frustrating and exhausting, and it helps explain why the unit had been vacant for so long. Future tenants should be careful and document everything, especially the deposit return.

So happy to find a pet friendly apartment. The building and facilities are equipped and comfortable for people who love pets. Congrats to my Brazil friend on finding a beautiful place for her and Cody to settle before heading to Vietnam after Rabbie vacination. Thank you very much.

Be careful before you rent or buy! We were exposed to some kind of chemical, and we don’t know what it was. At 11 pm we were asleep when a loud noise woke us up. There was a strange smell in our apartment, apparently because staff had used too much chemical stuff late at night. Now my wife and I are coughing a lot. I might change my review if I get an apology and confirmation that we’re not in danger. Right now, I don’t have that reassurance. I thought I was safe here, but now I’m wondering. Thanks a lot.
