The atmosphere feels quiet but still lively. Getting around is easy since the complex is on Jalan Ahmad Yani, a main road near the Waru Toll Gate, Juanda Airport, Petra University, and shopping centers including City of Tomorrow (CITO). Best Western Papilio Hotel is right next door for short stays. It seems suited to young professionals, students, or small families who want city conveniences close by. The usual residential facilities are here: adult and children's pools, plenty of parking, and a comfortable lobby with 24-hour security. There are two elevators, though they can get crowded at busy times. Rent is mid-range. Daily rates run from IDR 400,000 to IDR 700,000 depending on the unit and extras, while monthly rates are IDR 3 million to IDR 5 million based on condition and furnishings. That feels in line with the location and comfort.

This apartment is in a very convenient spot on the main route into Surabaya, with various forms of transport passing by. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a place to stay.
