The service was so bad that I won’t stay here again. The receptionist wasn’t friendly or helpful, and the owner should train them. I paid a cheap rate, but that doesn’t mean I expect to be treated like a king. I just wanted someone to be nice and the basic facilities to be in order. There are other hotels in central Surabaya with proper service and facilities at a similar price. I wanted to enjoy the hotel, not just use the bed and leave. The industrial look is overdone, but the AC worked, there was a refrigerator, and the TV worked too. They provided two bolsters, there were no spiderwebs, and the lift worked. The building seems new. Still, there was no tissue, drinking water, or toiletries, and only one towel. When I asked for another, I was told management only provides one. The water heater didn’t get hot at all.

The location is good and the room is simple. It’s suitable for a solo guest or a longer stay if you want somewhere no-fuss.

For the price, everything was fine. The room was standard, and there was a lift and a refrigerator.

I paid to stay here and was treated badly. The receptionist had a terrible attitude and was angry, and there’s no check-in service after 23.00. I won’t come back.
