Good Place and Tidy 2BR at High Point Serviced Apartment

Deeply dissatisfied with the way this place is managed. I'm a registered member and always pay on time, but when I tried to extend my parking, they suddenly said it wasn't possible under a “new policy.” Nobody had warned me beforehand, and I only found out after transferring Rp500,000. This has happened before. During a parking area renovation, a reckless polishing job badly damaged my car, and there was no notice telling us to move our vehicles. Management said they “couldn't find my data,” even though I'm registered. The hood was scratched and dented, but neither the parking staff nor HRD took responsibility. They blamed me for the damage, and after more than a week, I still had no resolution. The HR representative was especially unprofessional, speaking carelessly and not knowing how to handle complaints. They even said, “Anda parkir di sini, saya tidak memaksa.” Seriously? We weren't parking illegally, we paid for the service. Is that ethical from someone in HR? It's disappointing to see a decent place run with such an unprofessional system and attitude.

The staff were great and very helpful during my month-long stay. The building paint has started wearing off, though, and it needs a lot of maintenance to avoid giving off a creepy vibe. The price may be a little high, but being close to the Uni and main road makes it worth it.

The staff were kind, but they didn’t seem well trained, and the service showed it. The place was clean, though the building felt worn and had an odd atmosphere. I knew the photos weren’t much different, but I was still surprised. It costs too much for what you get. I only stayed because I had business at Petra univ. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have chosen it. Just no.

The room was roomy for the price, which is the main thing going for this place. It wasn’t the best stay I’ve had, and they really should use better detergent on the towels. Still, it’s a nice spot to get some rest.
