The donuts and scones were my favorites at the afternoon tea, and the jam was incredible. I don’t usually like donuts, but I loved these. Chef Ferdy prepared a lovely spread for everyone, while Mr. Abe helped the attendees during the event. I held my Table Manners Afternoon Tea at The Gallery Restaurant, Ciputra World Hotel Surabaya, and the whole team made it feel special. Ms. Novie helped with the reservation and all my requests. Mr. Brams arranged the tea and menu, set up the table decorations beautifully, and patiently handled every detail I asked for. The service was top-notch from the planning messages through the end of the event. I’ll definitely be back!

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathrooms are large and cleaned every day. Breakfast had plenty of tasty choices. Service was excellent and quick to respond. It felt like good value staying here, and I’ll return if I get another chance.

I liked the art throughout the hotel, with paintings and statues, plus the marble floors and walls. The staff were very friendly and professional, and the rooms were nice. It’s also handy that the hotel connects directly to the mall.

The restaurant had lots of cuisines to choose from and everything I tried was good. Facilities were well provided, and the room, lobby, and other areas were kept up nicely. Service was top tier. Kak Early was with me and was so helpful and friendly.
