We were able to get into the room at noon, even though check-in was meant to be at 2:00 PM. On arrival, the friendly receptionist and owner greeted us right away. The room was spacious and clean, with enough room for prayer, and the bathroom was clean too. It’s near the Bukit Mas Mosque. The place felt safe, quiet, and comfortable.

We stayed in the family room and it felt like being at a relative’s place, really homey. The atmosphere is calm, it’s comfortable, and the facilities are complete for a very pocket-friendly price. Ms. Ririn at reception was helpful with finding souvenirs and is multitalented, always ready to prepare food to order. Koko, the owner, also makes sure guests are comfortable. A great place to stay with family when visiting Surabaya. Wishing YELLOW SAPPHIRE continued success.
