There was no towel in the room. We asked twice, and he said he’d bring them at 11pm, which wasn’t acceptable. The food selection was awful and the service was very bad. The room was noisy, with what sounded like rats moving through the walls. The bathroom floor was wet, and I’m not sure why, though the toilet was leaking. As soon as we walked in, the humidity and mold smell was suffocating. Completely unacceptable. Don’t come here.

I stayed here during motogp 2025. The Deluxe King room was great, with a rice paddy view, and cleanliness was ok. The hotel has restaurants with good prices, and the location is perfect. There aren’t any lifts yet. Also, the paintings in the room were scary, so I took them down while I was there hahaha.

I’ve never stayed in a hotel in conditions this bad. The sheets hadn’t been changed, the towels were probably 10 years old and stank, and the rooms were disgustingly dirty. Hot water didn’t work, the pipes smelled like sewage, and even the water was dirty. Wi-Fi didn’t work in the rooms, and the nightly price was ridiculously high. I still appreciate the staff, who tried their best to make things better. Thank you!

The location worked perfectly for an early flight. I walked to the airport and saved the taxi fare. My room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast is normally included, but since I had to leave early the next morning and wouldn’t have time for it, they let me switch it for a free dinner delivered as room service. That was very nice.

I stay here every time I come for MotoGP. On the evening of 3 Oct 2025, the electricity went out, and during the night I could hear mice scurrying above the ceiling. Management, please arrange pest control. Thanks.
