For the price, the room was very large, with a nice view, and everything was super clean and neat. It was quiet too, and had a pool and gym. This is one of the best places I stayed in Indonesia, and I’d definitely come back. The only thing I’d flag is that there were no plates or cutlery in the kitchen, so I guess you have to ask for them if you plan to cook.

We were pleasantly surprised, it was much better than we expected. The place was clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful, and everything we needed was within walking distance.

At check-in I was asked for a guarantee deposit that hadn’t been mentioned in the booking policies or during reservation, which was inconvenient and felt unclear. Getting to my floor also regularly took a long time because of delays for the elevators. The room had a persistent unpleasant smell even with ventilation, and its air conditioning wasn’t working properly, leaving it too warm. The corridors were hot as well, with no air conditioning. I hope the hotel addresses these problems for future guests. I’d also appreciate some kind of resolution or compensation for the inconvenience during my stay.

It’s a cozy place in a strategic location. There weren’t plates, spoons, or similar items, so I had to call the receptionist.

The kids loved the beautiful pool, the room was good, and the service was excellent. Breakfast, though? Seriously, not even an omelette. There was salad, with lettuce that wasn’t even cut, fruit, bread that you had to ask them to refill 🙄, porridge, and a main course buffet that was all carbs 🙄. The fried rice and mie goreng were nice, but there were also potato wedges and dry ayam suir. Kek manaa?? Better get yours without breakfast ✨
