The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were helpful and friendly. They provided complimentary water and amenities. The location was handy, about 15 minutes from the airport, with a convenience store next door. Breakfast was included, though we could only choose one item from the menu, and options were limited because some ingredients were missing. We could hear footsteps and the elevator from the hallway, which woke us early, and the toilet door had no lock. The stay was comfortable and nice for a short visit near the airport, but the price felt a little high for what we got. Their shuttle bus cost three times what we paid for a taxi.

The location worked really well for me. For an overnight stop between flights, the stay was just okay: I found crumbs under my pillow, and the shower had no warm water. The front desk said to wait 5 minutes for it to heat up.

Breakfast had a decent range of choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Risman Hotel was convenient for getting to the airport, and the clean room had what we needed, though it wasn't fancy. It suited our short stopover for 1-2 nights.
