Hotel O Zazezo Homestay Syariah

Watch out for scams using this inn’s name. It’s best to call the owner at reception and confirm your booking. We booked three rooms and turned out to be duds, so our money was lost. It was already nighttime, too. Zazezo is the original. "O ZAZEZO" is fake. Be careful.

Don’t trust the Oyo app. The money had already been transferred, but the hotel said it had no partnership with Oyo.

Finding the place was already a hassle: there’s no hotel sign outside, and it’s tucked inside a mini market where you can’t spot it from the road. The room was cramped, with a single bed even though there were two of us, and the walls were just gypsum partitions. The room also didn’t match what Agoda had offered. When I complained, they took no responsibility. I left feeling like I’d lost my money and would definitely be disappointed.

I couldn't find the hotel easily because there was no sign, and when I searched around at 11:30 it was closed. The other hotels were full, so I was left with nowhere to go, no refund, and no customer service number to call. I don't recommend anyone stay here. I'm writing this as a lesson for both the hotel and me: if the system doesn't improve, the hotel's reputation will suffer. THE WORST HOTEL EVER!!
