I spent two nights in a Deluxe room. It was spacious and clean, but there was no hot water when I tried the shower. Staff said it was only available in the morning, but it still wasn’t there then. The front desk was a little slow, and the hotel restaurant only serves breakfast, with no room service. The hotel is on a minor street, with just two small warung nearby, so the location wasn’t very convenient.

The ballroom sound system was too noisy, and during events there was no staff on duty in the toilets, which left them dirty and wet. Management needs improvement too, as it was hard to tell who the staff were because they had no uniforms. There’s no greenery, even though the large parking lot and foyer could fit trees, plants, or more flowers.
