Villa Amrita

The pool was such a lovely spot to cool off, with greenery and quiet nature sounds all around. We spent ages relaxing there. The villa itself was clean, spacious, and welcoming, and we felt at home. Those jungle views made the whole stay feel like paradise. The staff were kind and always ready to help. We’d happily come back for another peaceful Bali getaway.

It was hard to say goodbye to everyone. The team treated us like friends, with so much warmth, and even connected with my teens, who loved the care staff. The food was so good that we often ate at home, even though Bali has plenty of wonderful food. The property felt magical, luxurious, and peaceful, with so much nearby to explore, from culture and art to nature, spas, and other adventures. We could wander around the neighborhood to see birds and plants, rent a bike, or ask for a ride. There were plenty of conveniences, from the private pool to daily laundry. The staff felt like family and helped us with everything, including serving delicious breakfasts and dinners. The owner, Jon, was friendly and generous too. We spent six nights here and loved having so much privacy in a quiet, green, beautiful area. It has the feel of old Bali, away from busy Ubud, and there are several nice restaurants nearby in the small village. You really don't want to miss this place.

Villa Amrita is a beautiful place to unwind with the sights and sounds of Bali. The bedrooms and bathrooms are charming and spacious, and the gardens feel idyllic. That infinity pool is so lovely you won't want to leave. It was difficult to go, but we'd definitely return.
