Jambuluwuk Bromo Resort

We had dinner brought to our room, and it was good. My daughter and son also enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and professional, and our room was clean, spacious, comfortable, spotless, and well equipped. Bromo is close by, with the main sunrise viewpoint less than an hour away. It felt like a lovely break from our usual routine. We’d definitely recommend it and would come back.

They were so kind about getting an early breakfast ready after my youngest had a health problem the night before and needed food and medicine early. They also made the special food request for my son. Many thanks for the warm hospitality 🙏🙏 I really liked the service, atmosphere, and facilities, even though construction was still going on. The bed and sheets were very comfortable, and the food was worth the price.

We ended up leaving for another hotel just a three minute drive away. The air there was fresh, with no dust, and we were much more comfortable. The manager gave us vouchers that are valid for a year. At this place, construction was everywhere, with so much dust and fumes from the paint and chemicals that my nose and throat hurt. The workers were smoking too. The kids' playground wasn't ready either, and it was dusty with a musty, toxic smell. We'd already paid, so we felt stuck. Ten out of ten regret. Maybe it'll be better in a year. I suspect the other reviews are fake or bought.

The sunrise from the restaurant, with pine trees all around, was stunning. It's a lovely place for cycling or trail running too, with routes and scenery that take your breath away. The architecture is beautiful, the staff are friendly, and the bedrooms are clean and comfortable.
