It's in a quiet spot where you can keep your privacy, and Araskabu train station is right next door. Trains run every hour between KualaNamu Airport and Medan. The rooms are spacious, nice, and affordable, with bathtubs. You can also get food delivered with a single call.

The place feels very shady, tucked inside the forest, and the water smells really bad. You can't sleep comfortably or feel safe here: people outside can see into the room because there's a hole in the window curtain and it doesn't cover the whole window. I wouldn't recommend it.

The room looked really nice at first, though I did find dead insects and mouse droppings when I looked closer. The hot water worked, but smelled bad. The Wi-Fi was fine too, so maybe they fixed it since the reviews I read. It's about 15 minutes from the airport, which is a plus. I was a little nervous after reading those reviews, but it was okay. Keep your expectations low, especially for a hotel near the jungle.

The room was large, but the tiny AC barely cooled it, even set to 16, and there was no working Wi-Fi in either the room or lobby. It all felt poorly maintained, maybe it was grand once, but the photos are misleading. The sheets had holes and cigarette burns, the pillows were stained and musty, and the bed runner had white smudges. I nearly laughed when I saw the sign on the way out saying "spotless linens." The bathroom smelled, and its fixtures were rusty.
