Even though Artini 2 is right in central Ubud and everything is easy to reach on foot, it feels like you're surrounded by jungle. The grounds are a quiet, peaceful secret garden, and the pool is divine. The staff were gorgeous, friendly, and welcoming. My room had a big bed, lovely linen, large windows onto the gardens, and beautiful traditional Balinese carved wooden details. I'll definitely stay again.

The service from everyone I met was excellent, especially Yana. It was great value, too. My room was huge, clean, and cleaned daily, with a really good shower. The courtyard and pool felt wonderfully calm despite being so central, just a ten minute walk to the Monkey Forest, palace, and markets. Artini also has a nice pool, restaurant, and bar area. I booked a yoga class at the sister hotel through Artini, and it was excellent, with gorgeous views.

We loved it so much we added another week. The whole team are lovely, and there's a huge, clean pool. You can choose modern rooms or Balinese-style ones. The modern rooms have AC, a fridge, tea and coffee, and a smart TV with Amazon and Prime. It's right in the heart of Ubud but set a little off the road, so there was no traffic noise. The only small downside was building work nearby, which caused some noise around the pool.

Artini 2 cottages Ubud is a beautiful property, and I really loved staying there. The staff were caring, helpful, and wonderful. The in-house restaurant served fresh, lovely food at affordable prices. It's only a short walk to the main street, with lots of restaurants, shops, and cultural activities nearby.

Yana at reception was such a gentle, kind person, always smiling, and really helpful with suggestions for things to see in Ubud. The room was nice, and the location is great, very close to Monkey Forest. I'd recommend it, especially if you want to stay somewhere with a very Balinese feel.
