There are two buildings at this hotel, and the Studio of Artist Ubud is in a different location, very close to wooden house Ulin. The cabins smelled, probably because the bathrooms don’t have good ventilation. I think one night would be okay, but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer.

It’s good value and close to yoga barn, so I could go to my morning yoga every day. The owner is very kind, friendly and helpful. I’d book here again when I’m back in Ubud for yoga. Namaste.

I’ve enjoyed this place enough to stay here twice. It’s quiet, with large, clean, well-designed rooms, even though attractions, restaurants and shops are close by. The location is great, and the owner really cares about making things convenient for guests. He’s very friendly and helpful. Thanks, I recommend it.

Tommy was a great host, friendly and happy to offer advice about the local area. The rooms were clean, comfortable and really spacious, and there’s a fridge too. The accommodation sits between the monkey forest and the main high street, with a small restaurant street just five minutes around the corner.

I liked it enough to add a couple of days to my stay. The room was spacious and very clean, and Tommy was welcoming, friendly and super helpful. It’s on a quiet street but still walkable to Ubud’s main attractions, and especially handy for the downtown Swastiya, Yoga Barn and Radiantly Alive yoga shalas. I’ll come back!
