The staff were professional and took such thoughtful care of guests. We really enjoyed staying in this cozy place, with its spacious, beautiful rooms. The garden, pond and fish, along with the pool, made for a lovely atmosphere.

We really enjoyed the stay. The villa was lovely, with its own pool, and the resort was well kept. There was plenty of space for our things, plus a big bathroom with a bathtub. Breakfast was tasty, the room could be cleaned daily, and the free ride to the city center was a nice bonus.

The breakfast was good, though there wasn't much choice. Our first room didn't feel worth the roughly 9k we paid for two nights, but after we raised the condition with the manager, they quickly moved us to a decent room and gave us a complimentary body massage for the trouble. I think families with kids could be offered something complimentary. That's common in India, but in Bali they charge extra for children.

The people working there were the best, always kind and ready to help with whatever we needed, and we had a really good four-day stay. Our room had a small pool, which took a day to clean after the bad weather. The room could have been a little cleaner and the WiFi was really poor, but those were minor issues. The bed's mosquito net helped a lot.

Getting back to the hotel was easy every time, without having to face Ubud's crazy traffic, which was a big plus. We had a great stay: friendly staff who were always glad to help, and a scooter rental from the hotel that was cheap and made things simple. Breakfast was great each morning, and the room, pool, and bathroom were always very clean.
