We spent four nights here and had a lovely stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was included and delivered to our room each morning. It was really good. We also used the laundry service, which was quick and reasonably priced. The pool was nice and relaxing, even though it’s on the small side. They provided pool towels without asking for a deposit. Local restaurants and bars are fairly convenient, while getting to the Tegallalang rice fields takes about 25 minutes, though the ride is scenic.

Igna is a lovely place to stay if you want magical nature around you while still being close to town. The pool was fantastic and the rooms spotless. The staff at reception and the woman making breakfast were wonderful, always smiling and ready to help. They handled our unusual breakfast times without any fuss. We asked for early food at 5:30 am before excursions, and on another day for breakfast at noon so we could sleep in. Cleanliness, kindness, and punctuality were absolutely outstanding. Thank you, you’re amazing ❤️🌴

We stayed here six years ago and loved it. They’ve renovated since then, and it’s even more beautiful now. The staff are amazing! 😍

Tucked at the end of an alley, it’s quiet and peaceful, but still close to lots of warungs, cafes, and other places. The pool is nice, and our room had high ceilings and all the basics we needed. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Such a great find!

The pool was great, and breakfast was good. The staff are friendly, though their English is very limited, just so you know. Our room was clean, but the walls and ceiling were moldy and it smelled like moth balls. The cushions were missing from the four lounge chairs by the pool (?). The location is good, but getting there means walking from the main street since cars can’t come down the path, then going down a steep, somewhat slippery sidewalk. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
