The team were warm, welcoming, and attentive for all 14 days we stayed in the villas at Bisma Eight Villas. They were especially helpful when two medical situations came up, one after a monkey encounter that required rabies vaccination, and another late at night. Both times they quickly arranged doctor appointments and transport to and from the clinic. Their calm support made stressful moments feel manageable. Breakfast became a daily highlight. After exercising in the morning, we'd settle in for long, relaxed meals in a lovely setting. The property is tucked at the end of a quiet road, far enough from Ubud's busy main streets to feel peaceful, while still close to everything. The calm made a real difference. It was a special stay, with a genuine feeling of care, and we'd happily return.

When our daughter needed medicine, the reception staff contacted the pharmacy and quickly brought it to our room. They were incredibly helpful throughout, and Nina made sure our family enjoyed the delicious restaurant meals. The property is beautifully designed, with a peaceful setting that brings nature and comfort together. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. It's close to the Monkey Forest, local shops, and spas. We had an amazing time and highly recommend it for families with kids.
