So peaceful here. No noise, nothing to think about, just happy to be here.

A nice place.

I really liked this place.

I spent over a month here. The location is lovely and handy for getting around, and the grounds are generally attractive and well kept. I also spent plenty of time in the large, fairly deep pool. It was a little neglected, but still fine overall. The room upstairs was good, with a standard desk, balcony, and wardrobe. The toilet was clean and had no bad smells, and the 100mb internet worked very well without any issues. Downstairs, though, the table and bench were old and had termite damage, and the bench cushions weren't very clean. The kitchen had the basics, but I had to buy a saucepan and cutting board. Ants got to any food left out on the table within a minute. The fridge was old and a bit rusty, and the freezer had no door, though everything worked. The four villas sit close together in a fenced compound, screened by greenery and netting. The plants aren't dense enough to block the view, so you can see neighbors passing, and sound carries too. The main downside for me was construction nearby. It was manageable for the first two weeks, then became annoying because it kept waking me at 8 a.m. It's not a bad place for a first stay in Bali or a short holiday.
