The bad impression started before I could settle in. I booked ahead because of the high ratings and sent a couple of messages through booking, but got no response. When I arrived, they told me the TV and mini fridge weren’t working. They couldn’t move me to another room and said they couldn’t offer a refund, telling me to call booking about it. The experience left me with a negative impression of this hotel.

I really enjoyed my two nights here. The villa sits among rice fields, with padel courts nearby, and the room was roomy and clean. The bathroom was huge too, with a bathtub and three showers. The staff were helpful.

On our second visit to DLOBONG Suite, the staff once again made us feel welcome. They went out of their way to meet our birthday requests, setting up a flower bath and a lovely welcome sign on the bed for my partner. The rooms were spacious and had a nice bathtub, and the service was so friendly.

The reception team were really friendly, and breakfast had a good range, including noodles, omelette, fruit, and fresh juice. We were on the second floor and had an amazing view; the blackout curtains helped us sleep in. It’s about a 10-minute taxi ride to the center, since the hotel is a little outside it. They can prepare a flower bath, though ours may have been a bit chilly at around 20/22 degrees. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
