Emana Bambooscape

The people working there were all absolutely lovely, and the villa was beautiful with an amazing view. The food was delicious too. But our four nights were mostly sleepless because it was so loud, even with earplugs. We were also unsure about the bed linen’s cleanliness. There were a lot of blood stains, and when we asked for fresh sheets they only replaced the duvet cover. Maybe the laundry service needs to pay more attention to stains, I’m not sure. We also had some ants in the bed, which we could live with.

We had a comfortable night in a clean room, and everything went smoothly from check-in through check-out. Front desk staff Wulan and Ketut were especially friendly and helpful, and Bayu from the service team gave us great assistance. Ketut Arya in the kitchen made delicious food. We stayed one night and really enjoyed the hospitality and service. I’d gladly return and recommend it.

The restaurant had excellent food and a really pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were so kind, helpful, and cheerful. They were ready to help with whatever we needed and made us feel at home from the start. My partner and I had an amazing stay at Emana Bambooscape. It’s a beautiful, peaceful place surrounded by nature, with thoughtful design that made it feel ideal for a romantic break. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a calm setting, natural beauty, and warm hospitality. They deserve it.

We spent three nights here and had a great time. Diane and Byu were especially welcoming and friendly, and both spoke English very well. Diane, keep working on your English! Thanks to the whole team, including the chef. The tuna dish was amazing, and I recommend trying it.
