Green Field Resort

We first stayed at Green Field Ubud in 2023 and returned in 2026, and it’s still just as amazing. The peaceful pool and paddy field views are breathtaking, and waking up to the lush green fields feels like a dream. There was a refreshing welcome drink when we arrived, and everything felt peaceful and luxurious. The rooms are very clean, spacious, fully soundproof, and private. They thoughtfully provide everything, including an umbrella, bathrobe, slippers, four complimentary glass bottles of water, and even a bath bomb for a relaxing soak in the tub. The pool is spotless and well maintained, with a poolside bar that’s perfect for chilling. Service is warm, attentive, and welcoming. There are plenty of food options on the menu plus buffet choices, and the free shuttle to Ubud Center makes it easy to explore. Coming back after three years and still being this impressed says everything. It feels like home in Bali, highly recommended.

We loved it so much that we extended our stay after just a couple of nights. It felt safe, relaxing, and great value. The rice field views were stunning, the food was great, and the shuttle service was good. The center is a 20-30 minute walk away or a quick taxi ride.

Green Field Hotel was a charming, peaceful place to unwind in the heart of Ubud. Surrounded by greenery and the natural beauty that makes Ubud special, it felt calm and authentic. The staff were welcoming, and my room was comfortable. It was easy to slow down, breathe, and enjoy the moment. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back.

This is the sister resort, built in 2016-2018, so don’t mix it up with their original hotel near Monkey Forest. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but the resort is wonderful and looks out over the padi fields. It’s quiet and away from bustling central Ubud, with a shuttle to Ubud Market every hour, though check the timing with the hotel. We had a wonderful stay. It isn’t wheelchair friendly.
