Halaman Depan Hostel

The only real drawback was the weak air conditioning. We had just three fans in our room, so with better AC this would’ve been a five-star stay. Otherwise, it’s a lovely hostel, only five minutes from the monkey forest and about 15 from some waterfalls. Staff are super friendly, the kitchen is clean, and there’s free tea and coffee. They serve tasty breakfast, lunch, and dinner at good prices, and there are also good places to eat in either direction along the road.

A relaxed hostel with a hippie feel and a beautiful common area where it was easy to meet like-minded travellers. The owner was friendly and helpful. It’s basic, with the kitchen, shower cubicles, and sink open to the outdoor common area, but everything was kept clean. Each bed has a privacy curtain and its own locker, so bring a lock.

For the price, this is a fantastic hostel. The people are so welcoming, and the garden space is great. It’s central to Ubud, the food is cheap but delicious, and the dorms were always clean and presentable. There’s AC, plus curtains around each bunk for extra privacy. Such a beautiful, relaxed place.

We wanted somewhere chilled, and the vibe here suited us. The beds felt like little pods, so it was almost like having a room to yourself. Scooters were cheap, and the fans helped the AC keep the room cool. It was a bit of a pain having to leave bags in the lockers outside the room. The squirrels in the birdcage were off-putting too. The cage was very small, and they didn’t seem happy.
