Heaven Villa Ubud

Wayan and his staff made Bali an unforgettable, magical experience, and I'm inspired to return next year. They were kind and helpful from the start, and came to feel like family. He looked out for us and worked around our preferences. He picked us up at the airport after midnight on our first night, as arranged in advance, and drove us throughout the stay. We weren't comfortable using a motor bike, vespa, or taxi. The driver service price depends on how long you need one. Wayan suggested places to visit, markets for bottled water and snacks, and ATMs. When we had trouble exchanging money ourselves, he personally helped us a couple of times. We got to know him and appreciated the places he took us. The villa was a lovely place to unwind at the end of the day, either in the pool or in our private quarters. The staff said they'd done pest control, but we still came across ants and mosquitoes, which can happen near rice padi’s in a tropical, humid climate. Breakfast had a few choices: Western food, pancakes, and Balinese home cooking. My cousin, friend, and I have different tastes, so having options worked well. If you're not open to new flavors, it's best to stick with what you already enjoy. My cousin and I tried the Balinese nasi goreng, fried rice with egg, and mie goreng, sautéed noodles with egg, and loved them. We also switched to the Western omelette with toast, which was just as tasty and filling despite looking small. Fresh juice and Balinese coffee came with the meals. I got hooked on the mixed juice and kept choosing it. They offer massages, manicures and pedicures, and facials at the villa, at prices that were very affordable compared with the U.S. I had a 90 minute aromatherapy massage, foot reflexology, and an anti aging facial in the last two days. They were so good that I wished I'd booked sooner. If you'd rather not have a massage at the villa, nearby Putri Bali Spa is another option. Wayan recommended it, and they offer gel manicures and pedicures, which I prefer. The staff also surprised my friend on her birthday with flowers and cake at breakfast, then put rose petals on her bed later that day. If you want a local Ubud and Bali experience with a place to stay, I'd absolutely recommend Heaven Villa Ubud, Wayan's local expertise, and his friendly staff.

Wayan was the highlight of our stay. He's so kind and helpful, and does everything he can to make it unforgettable. The villa was great, with clean rooms and a good breakfast, and the location was perfect. Absolutely recommend booking it. 5 stars!

Wayan took care of everything, from our pickup at Gilimanuk Harbour to our departure from DPS. We stayed six nights in this lovely villa, which is quiet and peaceful but only 5 minutes from Ubud city center by Grab or taxi. We highly recommend the villa and Wayan. Ask him about day trips too.

Wayan was friendly and genuine throughout our stay, made sure we were comfortable, and gave us ideas for places to go. He drove us around for a few days at very reasonable prices. The villa's Balinese home cooking and beauty treatments were good value, and the rooms, bathrooms, towels, and sheets were all very clean. We had an amazing few days there with Wayan, and will definitely stay again if we return to Ubud.
