Once we got there, the place was just as shown, and we had a great time. The speakers around the accommodation let you connect Spotify, and the water pressure was good. The rain shower was the biggest I've seen. Finding it after dark was a little tough because the road was bumpy and there was construction. A few more signs would help, though Google Maps was useful. Big grocery stores are about an eight-minute Grab ride away, which worked well.

The rice paddies around Loft Volcano made for such a serene setting, away from the busy roads. My bed was comfortable, the place was spotless, and housekeeping took real care with everything. The butler and staff were responsive and kept listening to what I needed. When I had an allergic reaction to some food late in the evening, they even found antihistamine for me. I felt looked after throughout my stay. Thank you for the beautiful surroundings and great service.

The place is unbelievably spacious, maybe almost too big, and the staff were brilliant. They arranged ATV tours, a Mount Batur climb and mopeds for us. Don't let the path to the door put you off. Renting mopeds is a great way to get out and explore.

We liked having a quiet place to unwind by the villa pool, but it also made a handy base for exploring the Ubud area. There's loads to see and do, and the town is still easy to reach. The property sits just outside Ubud among beautiful rice fields, so it felt like a real break from the daily rush. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to try to meet our requests, which helped us feel at home. I'd definitely come back.
