Loka Pala Villa

We’ll stay here again next time we’re in Ubud. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and although it isn’t right in the city center, that little distance gives the place a quiet, secluded feel. The room matched the photos and description, the staff were kind and helpful, and the pool area was lovely and relaxing. Scooter rental was affordable and worked well. WiFi was fast too, with what seemed like a router in every room, so working online should be fine. No complaints, especially for the reasonable price.

We stayed for three weeks in the first room on the first floor. It was spacious, very clean, and quiet. The pool was a real bonus, and the staff were great whenever we needed help. We also didn’t see any ants or mosquitoes the whole time, which was amazing. If you’ve lived in Bali, you’ll know why that stood out. Definitely recommend this place.

That upstairs room is calm, private, and beautiful, with a lovely view of the rice fields and good restaurants nearby. The pool was nice, and the staff were amazing. Haraayu was especially sweet and attentive to what guests needed. It’s a peaceful escape from busy Ubud, but only about a 5min bike ride from the bustle. I’ll miss the staff and hope to come back.

We spent four nights here and really enjoyed it. The rooms are spacious, the pool is nice, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Meals came quickly, whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and they can drive you wherever you need to go for a reasonable price. The bed was the one letdown, as it wasn’t as comfortable as we expected. Still, a lovely place.
