I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Breakfast had a shockingly limited selection, with no vegetarian options for Indians and only beef available. The internet and TV were out of service too. The location might be decent, but those problems made the resort not worth it. My stay was the worst.

The staff and owner were genuinely helpful and kept smiling. When we asked for a refund, they even offered free breakfast. I do feel bad, because they were so kind, and I hope they improve the rooms soon. The cottage has potential and we booked it because we liked the pictures, but after the first impression of a large area and big cottage, things went downhill. The room was damp, the AC didn’t work well, and it was positioned above a cupboard so the air barely reached below. Some furniture was broken, other pieces wouldn’t close, the sofas were very old and dirty, and I found semen on the bedsheet, which didn’t seem properly washed. We booked five days but I had to leave on day two. The rooms need a makeover or guests may keep leaving early.

The villa was old and in very bad shape. There were stains on the bedsheet, lots of ants inside, and broken, worn-out furniture. The doors had gaps you could see through from outside, and there was noise around the villa at night.

The staff were very welcoming, pleasant, and apologetic, and tried hard to help us. Still, we decided to take a refund because we didn’t feel comfortable staying there for health reasons. Our first room looked nice at first, but after unpacking we could smell dampness everywhere, and the walls were mouldy. When we told the front desk, they took us back and had only sprayed air freshener. They then moved us to a lesser room without a private pool. That room seemed fine at first too, until the entrance door wouldn’t slide all the way and got stuck, and the safe wouldn’t open. They couldn’t replace it.
