8/10
The staff made this stay, with 10/10 service and a genuinely lovely attitude. Big shout-out to Yoga for his cocktail knowledge and skill. The rooms and grounds were very clean, and the rooftop pool has fantastic views. Just be aware that major construction right beside the rooms made it noisy from around 7 or 8 in the morning. The location is excellent.

The infinity pool was lovely, and I got two vouchers for welcome drinks at the restaurant. At checkout they let me pick a small gift, either a keychain, handheld fan, or bracelet, which was a sweet touch. The staff were professional, kind, and excellent, and the location made it easy to reach the market and get around. My room was comfortable, with a clean toilet and enough facilities. I could hear noise from other rooms because the soundproofing wasn’t great, and there was an ant in my room.

The rooftop pool is the highlight, especially when clear skies reveal Agung and Batukaru mountains. There’s basement parking, and breakfast has a nice atmosphere. Our room was clean and the amenities were great. We had a lovely family vacation and will come back.

There’s a pool and an attached restaurant with lots of different food choices. The hotel is in a great spot near the market, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept. Manager Rude was very supportive and helpful.
