Three Ayu Family House

Ibu dan Bapak, Suksuma for making us feel so welcome. The family were accommodating, and the room was comfortable, with a powerful shower and air conditioning. We also had a cute balcony with a lovely view. It’s a very central base for seeing Ubud’s sights, and I’d stay again.

Rita and her family were so kind and hospitable. Their place is tucked away and peaceful despite being in the main market, with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Our second-floor room had good airflow and air conditioning, and all the facilities were in good shape, including cleaning, toiletries in the bathroom, hot water, and nearby parking. We loved staying here and can’t wait to return.

The family were gentle and helpful, and they cleaned the room every day. It was spacious and very clean, with the bed made up perfectly. The place is generally quiet, though activity around Ubud starts early, and we could hear people going about their day from about 7 am. That seems normal everywhere. My only real gripe was the shower, which wasn’t very powerful.

I’ve stayed here for three nights across two separate visits to Ubud, and I’m glad I found this great-value gem. The room is bright, spacious, clean, and comfortably furnished. The location is right in the center, within walking distance of shops, yoga barn, cafés, and more, but it stays quiet. The owner is lovely and helpful, and the room gets cleaned daily. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and hot water all worked perfectly, which isn’t always the case in budget home stays. I’m sure I’ll be back many times.
