The place was mouldy and damp, the pool couldn't be used, and the property looked nothing like the photos. No one was there when we arrived, and we waited half an hour. Since it was late, we decided to give it a chance. In the morning we wanted to leave, but again nobody was around for checkout. We went to get food, and when we returned they said it was too late to check out and get a refund, even though they hadn't been there that morning. Completely unprofessional and disgusting, frankly it felt like a scam. Don't waste your money. I'm still trying to get mine back.

The room had a strong damp and mold smell, and the woman who greeted me, who I assume was the owner, was extremely rude and always in a bad mood. They didn't provide toilet paper, so we had to keep asking for it. I had booked a private room, but they put me in a room with 12 beds. Luckily it was big, and there was only one other person. I booked two nights, but they said I had to book one more because checkout wasn't allowed on the 29th, the Nyepi day holiday.

The room was large enough, and it was cleaned every day. There was hot water, but the old bathroom and bathtub/shower weren't nice, and the Wi-Fi kept having problems. The owners didn't greet us or speak English. The room smelled disgusting, and the damp-smelling linen and towels were really bad. I couldn't sleep in the bed without my own sleeping bag.

It's so dirty, and it doesn't feel healthy or safe to sleep here. Even when locked, the door won't close all the way. Don't waste your time going here. This isn't okay!

I'm Jay from France reunion island. The photos make the place look really cool, but the reality felt very different as soon as I entered the property. My friend shaun from Holland lost his belonging. Cheap accommodation can end up costing you a lot, so that's my advice.
