With my wife and our 4-years-old toddler, we really valued how comfortable and cared for we felt. Gusti, Devi and the whole team made us feel at home from arrival, with genuine warmth and attentiveness. The hotel sits among serene rice fields and has a cute mini farm with chickens, sheeps and rabbits, a place that made us slow down and feel closer to nature. Yet outside the entrance there’s a lively stretch of shops and restaurants, so it’s convenient too. We had an unforgettable 5 days 4 nights at Plataran Ubud Hotel & Spa and couldn’t have asked for a better family stay. Thanks for the heartfelt hospitality. Special thanks to Gusti for the beautifully handcrafted souvenir, a Wooden Boat with our son's name on it. Matur Suksma! We’ll be back on our next trip to Ubud.

We had four wonderful days and hope to return. The hotel is in the heart of Ubud, with attractions, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. It feels high-end, but also gives you a sense of freedom and closeness to nature, and you can take in Bali’s beauty as soon as you arrive. The service and cleanliness were excellent. Our room was flawless, from the bedding to the high-quality towels, and everything was thoughtfully maintained. There are lots of pools and lovely quiet spots to relax and enjoy the hotel. Highly recommended!

Mas Gusti Parwita, Mbak Dayu and Mas Angga made our stay special with their warm welcome and excellent service. We also had a relaxing time at Padma Spa with Mbak Putri and Mbak Juni. The hotel is right in the heart of Ubud, close to restaurants, shops and attractions, yet it felt quiet and peaceful. We loved the beautiful surroundings and luxurious rooms during our amazing two-night stay. Highly recommend it to anyone coming to Ubud.

I really enjoyed how personal the service felt, and Gusti took great care of me. Breakfast was amazing, and they also serve afternoon tea and evening snacks. The hotel is in the heart of ubud, but tucked away from the noise. Two yoga studios, yoga barn and lumeria, are accessible from the hotel grounds. Highly recommended!

This was our 4th visit, and Plataran feels like a second home. We choose it every time. It’s conveniently located in the heart of ubud, with a lovely charm and positive energy. The staff are amazing and great with the kids. The food is nice, everything is clean, and there are 2 pools, a kids club, a little farm with fish feeding, and a gym, all with a calming view. Big thanks to Gusti and every member of the staff. Thank you, Plataran, for always being as expected ❤️
