Rembulan Inn and Spa

I came with my two kids at 7 PM on October 18th for a foot massage for all three of us. The massage therapists were busy, which was completely fine. I did want to pass along a small comment about reception: the receptionist seemed serious and unfriendly, with no smile, so the first impression felt cold. A warmer welcome could make a real difference to guests' experience.

I had a 30 minute reflexology session. It was okay, and only 80k, but the therapist spent most of the time looking out the window. I could sit through it, though you can probably find a better option if you want someone who's present and paying attention.

The price was surprisingly reasonable for work this good. My therapist knew exactly where to focus, easing tight knots and sore muscles with pressure that felt precise and effective. I left relaxed and refreshed. One of the best massages I’ve had, easily five stars.

The towels smelled bad, and the massage was awful. She barely did more than rub oil on me, with no pressure, even after I asked a couple of times. I’m usually patient and nice, but she took that for granted. My husband was upset too. Don’t come here.
