It's a great base, with plenty of good spots nearby and an easy location for getting around. The rooms are great. My small gripes were the somewhat outdated door, slow-running water, and a very tight parking area that barely fits three cars.

Friendly staff, a clean property, and one of the cleanest pools I've seen in Bali. I had to switch rooms because the first one wasn't available, though, and the second wasn't as clean. The sheets were stained, even though they smelled good, and the bathtub had marks on it. That room also smelled a bit musty, unlike the first. Still, it's good value for the price, the service is good, and the location is great.

We were only here for one night, so I can't speak to a longer stay. The place looked quirky and different from anywhere else we'd been, which was refreshing, and the staff were polite and helpful. We got a couple of bottles of water in the fridge, and since it was our honeymoon, they decorated with a towel, rose petals, and a rose. That was lovely. The pool looked nice, though both times we saw it, it hadn't been cleaned. We didn't have time to use it anyway, so it wasn't a big deal. A couple of mosquitoes were already inside the netting when we arrived because the mosquito net hadn't been closed. We'd stay again.

I spent two weeks here and loved it. The pool is beautiful, the rooms are peaceful and spacious, and I slept so well. Everything was very clean, the atmosphere felt grounding, and the staff were lovely and friendly. I didn't want to leave and would definitely stay again.
