Wayan made the stay feel especially welcoming. The dipping pool was lovely, and the whole property was calm and quiet. I loved the bathroom most, with its stone-floored open shower and a bath that made it easy to relax. The bed was so comfortable, and the room had beautiful, warm furnishings. There are lots of good local food options nearby. If you want somewhere cozy and peaceful away from the busy part of Ubud, I can't recommend Sitala Suite enough.

We had a lovely stay, and the staff greeted us with a smile each day. They were really friendly and helpful, and you can rent a scooter from them too. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was cool, with a bath. We even asked for a flower bath and they arranged one for us.

They made us a delicious breakfast, and when we had to leave at 6:30 on our last morning, they packed one for us to take along. Getting around was easy since they rent bikes and taxis. The location also made it easy to explore Ubud and visit local attractions. Mr Wayan, his younger sister, and his younger brother were welcoming and attentive from the start. Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely honeymoon setup and everything we needed. It was an incredible stay at Sitala Suite, and I'd highly recommend it.

During our week at Sitala, the staff treated us like family and made us feel at home. They can also arrange a range of lovely tours, which was a great help when we didn't want to plan the whole vacation ourselves. We highly recommend it for a warm, welcoming stay.

I can confirm the location is prime, though I didn't stay in the room myself. When we arrived, we had to shorten our four-day booking to two nights at the last minute for medical reasons, and we provided a hospital certificate. They refunded the two nights we asked about despite the very short notice, which we really appreciated. Windu showed the kind of compassion you'd hope to see from a business owner. Thanks, Windu 🙏
