The Sender Pool Suite

We loved the jungle feel of the room, and everything exceeded our expectations. Sender Pool Suites is on a quiet road, close to great restaurants, spas and shops. We didn't meet a single unfriendly person during our stay. Gus and his team were the most welcoming, attentive and helpful hosts we've had. They were always available for anything, from activities and food to taxis. The room was spotless and the pool was cleaned each day. We'd recommend Sender Pool Suites again and again.

I had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back. The location is right in the center and only a short walk from the market, which was very convenient. There was some morning traffic noise, but it didn't bother me. The large pool was very clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I had to borrow a charger several times because mine wasn't working, and they were always accommodating. The room was spacious, although it could use more light. The doors were unusual to me since they need a key to lock even from inside.

We made use of the private pool almost every day, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was very convenient, and there were plenty of useful facilities, including earplugs for the noise from the nearby bar. Ita was especially friendly and booked several activities for us: a cycling tour, cooking class and massages. We had an amazing time and hope to return someday.

Guzman greeted us with a lovely smile and welcomed us to the villa. It's modern enough to be comfortable, but at times still feels like you're right in the jungle. A quiet retreat from Ubud's hectic streets, yet only a short walk from the center. Breakfast and lunch choices are a little limited, though there are loads of restaurants right next door.
