Tutti at the front desk was especially kind, professional, and helpful. The hotel and restaurant staff were polite and attentive, and everyone made us feel welcome, including at breakfast. Our stay was cozy and comfortable, with a clean, thoughtfully designed room and a calm, private atmosphere. The location is convenient but peaceful, and the attention to detail stood out. I’d happily stay here again.

The resort is in a very quiet area, which suited us for relaxing, though we had to go into the city center for more shops and dining choices. During our five nights in the private pool villa, the staff were kind and accommodating, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at ease. The villa was clean and comfortable, with a spacious, fully private semi-open shower and bathtub area. We loved the natural look, with lots of wood and greenery creating a secluded feel.

Breakfast had a huge selection and kept us full until afternoon tea, which is well worth having too. The onsite restaurant menu is extensive and well priced, and every meal we tried was as good as anything in town. It’s a quiet little retreat away from traffic and noise, great for relaxing. The rooms are lovely, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

We especially enjoyed the food, with breakfast at the restaurant being a highlight. The staff were caring and very kind, and the service was outstanding. Between the wooden villas and the pool looking out over nature, everything felt lovely. We had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone.
