Villa Bora Bora by BaliSuperHost

The host was really friendly and answered all our questions, plus gave us good ideas for things to see around Ubud. We stayed at Bora Bora at the end of March 2025, booking a villa for silent day, and it turned out to be just right. It’s luxurious and spacious, with a direct view of rice fields. The bedrooms, living room, and kitchen are in separate buildings, so there’s real privacy between them, and the rooms are very soundproof. There’s no wall along the rice fields, and workers use a small path just outside the villa to get to and from the fields. They all seemed friendly. A downside is that the living room has no AC, so it can get quite hot during the day. The villa also needs some maintenance. We understood that they planned to do some work around the property soon, as of March 2025. The road in is extremely narrow, so I’d recommend not having a taxi drive the final 200 meters. There are some “angry” dogs around, but they only bark, and move away if you get close. All in all, it was a perfect villa at a fair price.
