There are lots of activities for kids, including two swimming pool areas, three playground areas, and a basketball court. The tennis court floor needs repair. The hotel has complete facilities, friendly hospitality, and affordable rates, so it works well for a short getaway or a family trip with kids.

The staff left the strongest impression on me. Security, hotel staff, and the HR team were all kind and helpful, always smiling and greeting guests and one another. The service also made the stay feel comfortable and not intimidating, even for someone with no prior hotel experience. The Wujil Resort & Conventions is clean and well maintained, with a spacious parking area. Facilities include two swimming pools, a barbecue area, a mini zoo, and more. I also noticed fire extinguishers in several areas, which showed attention to safety. It was a great experience, highly recommended! 🤩

Breakfast gets chaotic when the place is over capacity. Staff kept asking for our room number without checking, and on another day the egg station couldn't make ours, maybe they just forgot. I stayed for three days and didn't join the barbecue, so hopefully that wasn't as bad as breakfast. If you want to judge the service, come on a weekend or holiday. Semarang is only 30 minutes away, in case you want to consider another option.

During our academic observation at wujil resort & conventions, the team made sure we were comfortable. Their warmth, care, and professionalism really came through, and the hotel environment was comfortable and well maintained. We were welcomed warmly from the start. We stayed five nights, and the kids had a great time with the facilities and activities. The food was very good, especially at Taman Indah Sari restaurant. Our requests got quick responses, and the rooms were okay. We always stay at Wujil when we're in the area. The FO staff, Ms.Hana, was very helpful, checking that we were okay and following up on everything we needed during the stay.
