For a hotel in a small town, it's good. The breakfast is acceptable for a place this size, though it could be better. The breakfast area needs renovation because rain was coming through several leaks in the roof. They don't have an espresso machine.

It's a quiet spot on the edge of the city centre, and it's the newest hotel in town. The room was okay. Breakfast was so-so. They should offer tasty local treats and traditional dishes for visitors from outside town. Come on, you can do better!

The toilet had a bit of a stink, possibly because the plumbing wasn't set up properly, and cleanliness could use attention. I had to spray body spray before using it, then ran my diffuser day and night during my long stay. If cleanliness is your priority, you may be disappointed. Still, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the food at breakfast and the restaurant was delicious. I'm picky about coffee, but theirs was very good. I'd recommend it if you're after a nice, hospitable atmosphere and good food.

I only booked here because Novenna hotel was full. The buffet had very few choices, really just the bare minimum, and by my second day they were out of eggs. I also found that the sheet hadn't been changed after the previous guest, since it smelled of pee. Thankfully Rizky was very helpful and got the room set up again after I asked to have everything taken off the bed. The bathroom door was damaged too.

The room is roomy, and I liked its layout. The bathroom is tidy, simple, and clean. Sometimes the water has a horrible smell, though it fades after a while. Breakfast options are very limited, mostly heavy Indonesian food.
