Good option if you're after a budget hotel.

Nice place.
6/10
Affordable and clean, with the feel of a regular homestay. The staff leave guests alone, and there isn't really a standard procedure.
2/10
This was the worst boarding room I've ever stayed in.
6/10
Getting around is easy since the place is close to the Trans Jogja portable bus stop. For the price, I wasn't expecting much, and the bathroom was okay despite looking old. Hot water worked, though the shower leaked a little. Cleanliness needs work: there were cockroaches along the way. Some very kind guards cleaned up and checked the bed again to make sure no more animals were there. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the night light didn't work because the owner hadn't come by yet. They did provide toiletries, snacks, and mineral water to Airyroom standards. I hope the service improves. I've reviewed Airyroom.
