My wife and I stayed for two nights. The owner was friendly and quick to respond, and offered us a good deal on a motorcycle rental when we checked in. The room and private bathroom were clean and smelled nice, with no bugs, especially ants or mosquitoes. The price is affordable and the facilities and service are decent, though keep your expectations modest at a budget hotel. It suits a short trip better than a long stay: there’s no room cleaning staff, and the bed isn’t in good condition.

It's close to Lempuyangan Station, and the owner is kind. Quiet and budget-friendly, though the photos showing air conditioning are of an AC room. No breakfast.

A neat, decent little place for two. Very minimalist, I'd say.
2/10
I booked it through Travelk apps, and what I found was below what I expected from the listing.

The place itself is good, but the bathroom isn't.
