It was okay.

Getting a booking was easy, and the owner replies quickly. The villa is lovely, the rooms smell nice, and it's close to everything you might need. We found it a good place for a group gathering at an affordable price.

The kids especially enjoyed the pool. The kitchen has plenty of equipment, and there’s a water dispenser and refrigerator; water flow and hot water were fine. Rooms, beds, and bathrooms were okay. I’d give the place 90 out of 100.

We had a good year-end family holiday here without spending too much. For a large group, the villa works well: there are two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs, plus an extra bed on the upper floor. The pool is wide and reasonably clean, and the two-car garage was handy. The kitchen comes with cooking utensils, a MagicCom, a refrigerator, and a dispenser. Towels and shampoo are provided in the bathrooms, and there's also an iron. A few things could use better upkeep. The downstairs master bedroom felt a little damp, though the cleanliness overall was adequate. There are two bathrooms on the lower floor and one upstairs. If you ask for privacy, the caretaker will leave the villa. Food places are nearby, with a street food stall directly across the road. Mirota Godean is about 200 meters away for a mini market. A nice option for a big family trip.
