Even though it's right in the city center, the neighborhood is quiet and nice. The house feels fairly new and cozy, with modern Javanese architecture. Each room has a TV, aircon, bathroom, hot water and a really comfortable bed. It's close to several Jogja attractions, including Alun2 Kidul, Jogjakarya Palace, Taman Sari, Taman Pintar and Malioboro.

There are lots of places to eat and plenty of public facilities around. It's in a comfortable residential area near the palace and the tourist spots in central Yogyakarta.
