Breakfast was delicious each morning, and the room was clean with really comfortable beds. Brona and her husband made us feel so welcome, offering tea and biscuits when we arrived and suggesting places to eat. Brona also took great care with my peanut allergy, avoiding cross-contamination so I felt safe eating there. The setting was stunning. I'd strongly recommend staying here.

They even helped iron some clothes for a wedding, and the breakfasts were wonderful. Brona and Kevin made us feel at home in Birr and had lots of recommendations for us. I can't imagine a more gracious host. We'd certainly stay again if we're back in Birr.

I felt genuinely welcome in Brona and Kevin's beautiful home, and I'm sincerely grateful to them. I called at very short notice and Brona quickly found a way to accommodate me. The house is nestled in the Irish countryside, and my room was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a kind personal touch. Breakfast was offered, but I had to leave very early and reluctantly declined.

I really enjoyed the continental breakfast, especially the eggs. The host was lovely and made us feel warmly welcome, and the room was clean and comfortable.

A phenomenal house with lovely hosts in a great area. I'd recommend it 110% to anyone visiting Birr for festivals, sightseeing, or anything else.
