TF Royal Hotel

The restaurant serves tasty, freshly prepared food, with quick service, generous portions, and reasonable prices. It’s consistently flavorful and good value. The modern theatre has comfortable seats and excellent facilities, and the hotel feels warm and welcoming. It seems to care about guests’ comfort. Highly recommended.

There was a small issue with our room, but it was sorted quickly and without any fuss. We stayed for the first time on Thursday, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout. The previous week we’d stayed somewhere else in Castlebar that we didn’t enjoy at all, and it cost twice as much as TF. I honestly can’t fault this hotel and will stay here every time I visit Castlebar.

After a long day at the hospital with my mother, I checked in late and the staff kindly sent complimentary coffee and cheesecake to my room. It was so nice to be looked after that way. The room also cost less than all the Airbnb’s I’d looked at. I’ll definitely stay again. You don’t forget exceptional customer service.

We’re already looking forward to visiting again. It’s a brilliant venue for fantastic shows throughout the year, with top class food and drink. The service was exceptional, and the staff were professional and well trained. The business is extremely well run.
