The personal touches are what keep bringing me back to the Croke Park Hotel. Mia remembers my name, and the whole team makes guests feel like family. On my latest visit, a delayed flight threw things off, but Vanda had already thought through what I might need before I asked. She arranged transportation and even offered to leave notes under my colleagues’ doors so they’d know what was happening. She was kind, professional, and really on top of it. David is often the first person I see at the door. He’s always ready to help with directions, bags, recommendations, or arranging something during my stay, and he does it with a smile. The hotel itself is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It’s excellent, and the staff are the real jewels in the crown. I highly recommend it when visiting Dublin.

The location makes it easy to get around and see different parts of Dublin, and the facilities were clean, well kept, and working as they should. I also found the bedding very comfortable. For the quality and what was included, the price felt reasonable, so it was good value. I’d recommend staying here and would happily return.

We stopped in for lunch and really enjoyed it. There was a good choice, from light bites to main meals, though the service was a little slow. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was spotless and wheelchair friendly. It was very busy, and we didn’t stay overnight, but the queue at reception gave the impression that it’s popular with tourists. The atmosphere on entering was lovely, and the location is great, close to the Statium and lots of amenities. Taxis, buses, trains, and the luas line are all available.

The walk into the city was a highlight for me, with all the old Dublin buildings and history along the way. The hotel is right across from Croke Park Stadium, and it’s spacious, with very comfortable rooms and fabulous decor. At Christmas you can really see the effort they put in. We arrived late with the kids and the kitchen was closed, but the lovely woman in the bar/restaurant got us food straight away without hesitation. The breakfast was plentiful and very good, served in a lovely dining room with a big fireplace. The staff at the checking desk were extremely friendly, too.

The bar is roomy and has a large screen TV, and the food is very good. It’s also so convenient for Croke Park Stadium. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend staying here.
