There are loads of pubs and restaurants just meters away, and the city is close enough to reach without being caught up in its hectic crowds. The location is incredible and so convenient. With a sea view, you could happily stay put.
This building needs major refurbishment, or it may collapse. I wonder who approved opening the cinema without maintaining the building or the surrounding area. The City Council has a serious shortage of competent academic staff.
It's a shame such a great space has sat empty for so long. Twenty years later, none of the amenities have been developed, and the building's exterior has suffered from neglect. At this point it's become an eyesore.
I had a wonderful stay here. They deserve congratulations for everything, from the cleanliness to how responsive they were. I recommend it a thousand times over.
A beautiful apartment, and there are plenty of things around it, though the amenities haven't been developed.
